1. Package Authentication & Validity
- All Dyno Star service packages come with a unique package ID stored in the company’s software.
- Any booklet without an ID, or a tampered booklet, will be confiscated immediately.
- The package is considered complete once the specified number of car services has been delivered.
- Packages are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- Dyno Star reserves the right to cancel service packages at any time.
Transfer Policy
Service packages may be transferred, subject to the cylinder count of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply.
2. Appointments & Service Location
- No car service request will be entertained without a prior appointment. To book, please call +971 52 123 7912.
- If the Dyno Star service center is operating at full capacity, the company has the discretion to perform minor services at the customer’s location without compromising quality.
- Free vehicle pick-up and drop-off is subject to recovery vehicle availability (“first come, first served”) and is available only in Dubai.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in Dirhams (AED) and are subject to VAT in accordance with UAE law.
- The “up to 50% cheaper than the dealership” claim is based on average price data obtained from randomly selected servicing companies.
- Monthly installment plans (offered with Dyno Star or through third parties) are subject to change based on the country’s economic conditions.
- While there is no annual commitment, Dyno Star reserves the right to limit the package period to counter inflation.
4. Parts & Oil Specifications
- Engine Oil: Premium oil (Volkio or equivalent) will be used at Dyno Star’s discretion.
- Filters: Engine oil filters will be genuine or of equivalent quality.
- Customer-Sourced Parts: Customers who provide their own parts are solely responsible for the quality of the repair.
- Selection: Dyno Star exercises full control over the selection of spare parts based on availability.
5. Scope of Labor & Additional Repairs
Note on Labor: The term “change” regarding brake pads, spark plugs, AC filters, and air filters refers to the labor charge. Dyno Star will not charge for labor on these items; however, the parts must be purchased separately by the customer.
- Any repair not included in the service package requires customer approval and payment before work begins.
- Third-party repairs are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly covered by the package.
6. Customer Responsibilities & Liability
- Belongings: Customers must remove all valuables from their vehicle. Dyno Star is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
- Inspection: Customers must inspect their vehicle thoroughly before leaving the premises. No claims will be entertained after the vehicle has been collected.
- Car Wash: Included car washes are available only at the service center during a scheduled minor or major service. Complimentary on-site car washes are not offered independently.
- Documentation: The service booklet must be presented at every service appointment. A replacement booklet costs AED 100 + VAT.
7. Legal & Disputes
- Dyno Star is not responsible for delays or quality issues caused by third-party suppliers.
- Customers have the right to inquire about any parts or accessories used in their vehicle.
- Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
